For the very best results from your high quality cookware, observe the following tips.
1/ Polish your cookware every use, before use. This will have been explained at the initial demonstration.
Take a small dab of vegetable oil (not olive oil) on a pad of kitchen towel and apply to the whole cooking surface of your pan when it is warm, then repeat this procedure with dry kitchen towel. Your cookware is now ready to use either with or without oils.
This should be done every single use.
2/ Never Stack your cookware inside each other, this can cause scratching to the cooking surface.
3/ Avoid using metal kitchen utensils or abrasives in your cookware.
4/ If using a dishwasher, ensure that a non caustic detergent is used.
